The University of Michigan is doing this as well! I don’t know about test score dropping, but they are starting their free tuition guarantee to families with a certain income (under 65K), if your family’s income is close to the number you still pay virtually zero so the closer to the number the less you pay. This is picking up in popularity amongst colleges in the U.S. so if you are a U.S. college bound student check with the colleges you are interested in for this!!!!
